Agreement to Terms

This Website is operated by Friends of Joe Gedeon, a political campaign committee supporting Joe Gedeon for Representative of House District 18 in the Hawaii State Legislature. Contribution Limits and Requirements

All political contributions are subject to Hawaii state campaign finance laws. By making a contribution, you certify that:

• This contribution is made from your own funds
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are not a foreign national or federal contractor

Refund Policy

Political contributions and donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you change your mind, please contact us at socialmedia@vote4joegedeon.com and we will work with you to issue a refund or change the amount. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original contribution date.

Important: All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contributions that have been reported to election authorities may require additional processing time. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with campaign finance laws or that are submitted after the 30-day window.

Disclosure

Contributor information may be disclosed to election authorities as required by Hawaii campaign finance disclosure laws.

Transaction Currency

All transactions on this website are processed in United States Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Merchandise and Physical Goods

Delivery Standards

Campaign merchandise and physical goods purchased through our website will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of order confirmation. Delivery timeframes vary based on shipping method selected:

• Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days via USPS
• Priority Shipping: 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days via FedEx or UPS

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Return and Refund Policy for Merchandise

Campaign merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed
• Merchandise must have all tags and packaging intact
• Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Non-returnable items: Discounted items, promotional items, special orders, and personalized merchandise cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

User-Generated Content

Users may submit photos, comments, or other content to the Website. By submitting content, you grant Friends of Joe Gedeon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for campaign purposes.
